Baliwag Lechon Manok has always been committed and known to deliver the most delicious of meals for the whole family. Building on this idea, the company decided it was absolutely necessary that a restaurant be founded. Thus, in July of 2000, Baliwag Grill and Restaurant was born.
One of the biggest initial challenges was to suddenly expand the menu to include almost all of the popular Filipino dishes and more. To do this, the company hired the best chefs and underwent long and highly selective taste tests to ensure that only the finest tasting Filipino foods would ever be sold in its restaurants. The result was a home where all families, all couples, all barkadas can come over and over again to enjoy the most delectable and gratifying meals that Filipino cooking can present.
